What I read this week: Oops, keep forgetting this section! I’m reading The Lost Visionist by Ronie Kendig (for endorsement) and Foundryside by Robert Jackson Bennett (via audiobook).

There are some weeks that require a break. This week was that week. It was kind of unexpected due to some health related things that have come up so, rather than skip the week completely, I wanted to post an update to make a point.
We’re not machines. While sometimes we need to write due to deadlines or other factors, there are other times where we need to recognize that it will be better for us in the long run to take a few days (or a week!) off.
No, I don’t like looking at this log and seeing ZERO progress made, but I do know that my heart needed some space this week and, while I didn’t exactly plan on it, it happened. I’m going to rally and move ahead toward the next week.

Dragons in Space (DIS): YA Science Fantasy series. Aiming to release new episodes weekly starting in April so trying to write ahead. (Read for free here.)
